Users who wish to request the deletion of all their data can send an email to the address below, with the following subject: [Safety Car] Data Deletion Request
All emails with a subject other than the expected one will be ignored.
After sending the email, you will receive an email with a code to verify the sender’s identity. This code must be sent via email to the address below, with the following subject: [Safety Car] Data Deletion Code: code
All emails with a subject other than the expected one will be ignored.
If the code is confirmed, all user data will be deleted and you will receive a confirmation email.
The actual deletion of the data can occur several hours after receiving the confirmation email.
